Delivery time quoted on our website is the average time in which you can expect your order to arrive from time of order.
Delivery times are quoted in business days meaning weekends and local holidays including bank holidays, Christmas etc do not count as business days.
What we charge for delivery is what it costs us for the delivery of the orders to you. We operate a 1 delivery charge policy so you will only ever pay 1 delivery charge (The largest delivery charge will be used).
We will always endeavour to keep your orders on time, well packed and undamaged. You can expect from us:
- • Items to be securely packed with bubble wrap or an air bag system.
- • Boxes marked clearly if items are fragile or heavy.
- • Small items less than 3kg delivered by post.
- • Use of eco-friendly packaging materials.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If the item is not what you wanted or doesn’t quite fit you can return it back to us for a full refund minus return delivery costs if we pay for return delivery or a full refund if you pay for the return delivery. All we ask is that you put your full name and address on a note in the box with a brief explanation to let us know why you are returning the item.
If you prefer, we can arrange and pay for the return delivery but this will be deducted from your final refund. The amount deducted from your final refund will be the delivery cost of the item stated on your invoice.
If we supply you with a damaged/faulty item, the item is not as described or you feel it has been miss-sold in any way we will pay for the return delivery and issue a full refund.

For any returns please call us on 0161 431 8075 where our staff will assist you with your return. We offer a 10 day money back guarantee on all of our products so if for any reason you decide to return the item you can, no questions asked. We only ask you ensure the item is in its original condition, packaging and that it has not been installed or used in any way.
Should you return goods without notifying us we will not accept any liability for loss or damage of the goods.
If sending goods by post please ensure you use a postal service that requires a signature. Fuels are no refundable due to the high costs for return delivery.
