Delivery and Refunds



Delivery time quoted on our website is the average time in which you can expect your order to arrive from time of order.

Delivery times are quoted in business days meaning weekends and local holidays including bank holidays, Christmas etc do not count as business days.


What we charge for delivery is what it costs us for the delivery of the orders to you. We operate a 1 delivery charge policy so you will only ever pay 1 delivery charge (The largest delivery charge will be used).


We will always endeavour to keep your orders on time, well packed and undamaged. You can expect from us:

  • Items to be securely packed with bubble wrap or an airbag system.
  • Boxes marked clearly if items are fragile or heavy.
  • Small items less than 3kg delivered by post.
  • Use of eco-friendly packaging materials.
  • Large items sold outside of Manchester will be sent out on a 5-7 day pallet service.


If the item is not what you wanted or doesn't quite fit you can return it back to us for a full refund minus return delivery costs if we pay for return delivery or a full refund if you pay for the return delivery. All we ask is that you put your full name and address on a note in the box with a brief explanation to let us know why you are returning the item.

If we supply you with a damaged/faulty item, the item is not as described or has been mis-sold in any way we will pay for the return delivery and issue a full refund.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products so if for any reason you decide to return the item you can, no questions asked. We only ask you ensure the item is in its original condition, packaging and that it has not been installed or used in any way.

Should you return goods without notifying us we will not accept any liability for loss or damage to the goods.

If sending goods by post please ensure you use a postal service that requires a signature. Fuels are non-refundable due to the high costs for return delivery.

All bespoke orders are 100% non-returnable.
